Assess egress plan

Assess potential egress constraints associated with upcoming planned activities and revise the site access plan accordingly to ensure safe circulation routes, emergency access, and uninterrupted operations.

Schedule Distribution and Document Receive

We are integrating the P6 schedule into the schedule review table, allowing all stakeholders to review the most up-to-date schedule alongside the as-built model, drawings, and specifications. Stakeholders will also be able to upload required forms and signatures directly through the platform. In addition, quality issues and ongoing problems that impact progress can be documented and tracked, providing essential information for Time Impact Analysis in the event of major delays.
